"Koblenz women's stories" invite you to International Women's Day

Tomark International Women's Day, Koblenz-Touristik GmbH is offering the themed city tour "Koblenz Women's Stories" on Friday, March 8.

On an eventful walk from the banks of the Rhine via Koblenz Castle to Altstadt, participants will learn interesting and historical facts about famous Koblenz women and how they shaped the city. Empress Augusta, Sophie von La Roche or the "blessed" Rizza - they all influenced life in the city on the Rhine and Moselle in one way or another and have left their mark to this day.

The open tour starts at 15:00 on the banks of the Rhine. Tickets costing €9 (€4 for children) can be conveniently booked online via the Koblenz-Touristik GmbH website (www.visit-koblenz.de) and at the tourist information office at Forum Confluentes.
