By train through the Moselle Valley

Trains run several times a day between Koblenz and Trier. Even if you travel from Luxembourg with the RE 11, they do not have to change trains even once. You have never experienced a more beautiful train ride than on the route with the RB 81 through the Moselle valley. Falling asleep on the train is impossible on this connection. But if it does happen, just get off at the next wine village, try a sip of Riesling and return in complete relaxation.

Via Train through the Rhine Valley

You have never seen so many castles along a river. Trains run several times a day between Koblenz and Mainz. Even from Frankfurt you can travel quite comfortably without changing trains with the RB 10. Just landed at the airport? Perfect! With the RE 2, you can also travel from the regional train station at Frankfurt Airport to Koblenz without changing trains. Both routes take you past countless castles in the Rhine Valley and offer many opportunities to discover them - often even on foot from the platform!
