The story of life on and with the Rhine
Rhine Museum Koblenz e.V.
The Rhine Museum of Koblenz, founded in 1912, is a museum of cultural history that shows various aspects life on the Rhine over an area of 1300 m². Thus, Rhine Romanticism or the Neanderthals (early people on the Rhine) are just as much the subject of the exhibition as the expansion of the Rhine or the development of Rhine navigation.
The exhibition is not arranged in chronological order, but like a book, different "chapters" of life on the Rhine are opened. Visitors can therefore view each room separately - always under the respective motto.
