Rock cellar tour with wine tasting

The rock cellar tour leads into the mountain tunnel under the top vineyard Koblenzer Marienberg. The historic Felsenkeller is a place for experiences around wine. Originally planned as a mine, today stainless steel and barrel cellars with a treasure chamber can be visited. At 12°C the wines mature here until bottling. How does alcoholic fermentation work? Or what does residual sweetness mean in wine? These and other questions are explained directly in the wine cellar. Afterwards, let yourself be seduced by the magic of steep slope wines during the wine tasting (5 wines).
