Koblenz was the first capital of Rhineland-Palatinate - this tour takes you to sites where the "child of occupation" learned to walk. Among other things, visit the Peter Altmeier Monument, the Görresplatz and the Municipal Theater, where the constituent session of the "State Consultative Assembly" was held in 1946.
