The guide
A trill with the whistle warns the visitors with sensitive ears, in the same breath the shooting master in the "colorful skirt" fires his firecracker cannons. These so-called "cat heads" belonged to the inventory of the artillery of the Ehrenbreitstein and were used exclusively for salute shooting and as signal firecrackers. A weapons demonstration in previously inaccessible locations rounds off the impressive program.
