The Ufer-Bar is back!
Just in time for the opening of the Koblenz Wine Festival on May 8th, the Ufer-Bar will open its doors on the palace steps.
Look forward to the festival wines of the Koblenz Wine Festival, other refreshing drinks and delicious food. Relax and enjoy unforgettable evenings in the open air!
From May 8 to July 11, 2026, the Ufer-Bar will take place as part of the Koblenz Wine Festival. After that, Koblenz' cult pubs and restaurants will take over as usual and offer a variety of drinks, culinary delights and convivial evenings with a view of the Rhine and Ehrenbreitstein Fortress until late summer.
Opening Hours
Starting May 8, 2026, the popular bar on the Rhine will once again open its doors daily, inviting guests to relax, unwind, and enjoy the sunset with a view of Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.

Location
The Ufer-Bar is located directly on the Rhine near the Pfaffendorf Bridge behind the Electoral Palace in Koblenz.
Please note:
Due to construction work on the Pfaffendorfer Bridge and the Electoral Palace, the Ufer-Bar is only accessible via Stresemannstraße at the corner of Konrad Adenauer Ufer.
Please follow the signposted detour from the Weindorf!
Food & Drink
During the Koblenz Wine Festival, the Ufer-Bar will be serving all the festival wines.
In addition to the festival wines, the menu features delicious aperitifs, beers from the Vulkan Brewery, hot beverages, and non-alcoholic refreshments.
To keep you energized, a full range of food options will be available throughout the event this year.
We will make the drink and food menus available well in advance of May 8, 2026.

Kulturstufen 2026
The popular “Kulturstufen” concert series returns to the castle steps along the Rhine in 2026!
Since 2022, the series has enriched cultural life in Koblenz during the summer months, providing a stage for regional musicians and bands representing a wide variety of genres.
From June 17 to August 26, Kulturstufen invites you to extraordinary concerts every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.—with free admission. The impressive setting along the Rhine offers the perfect backdrop to experience the diversity of the regional music scene and bring people together.
